Yes. Every oud oil we offer is a single-origin distillate of real agarwood: no synthetic reconstructions, no carrier dilutions, no fillers. We keep each origin separate so its true character shows. Read more on our Craft vs. Counterfeits page.

Pure oud is a natural material, like fine wine; batches vary with the wood, season, and distillation. That variation is a mark of authenticity, not a defect. We describe each oil honestly, including how it may vary.

A single drop is enough. Warm it between your fingertips or wrists and touch it to your pulse points: wrists, neck, behind the ears. Pure oils wear close to the skin and unfold over hours; resist the urge to over-apply on first wearing.

Most of our oils wear for many hours, evolving from their opening through the heart into a long, soft drydown. Longevity varies with your skin; warmer skin projects more; drier skin holds the woodier facets longer.

Keep bottles tightly capped in a cool, dark place, away from heat and direct sunlight. Stored well, pure oud oils are remarkably stable; many deepen beautifully with age.

If your order has not shipped yet (typically within 1 to 3 business days of ordering), contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to change or cancel it. Once shipped, it can be returned under our Refund & Return Policy.

When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also use our Track Your Order page with your order number and the email used at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard US delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days; expedited options are available at checkout. Every order is carefully packed and shipped with secure protective handling.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of pure oils, opened items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
