Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

 

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@attarperfume.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

 

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different product of equal value. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, sale items, and custom or personalized orders are non-returnable.
