Attar Perfume Return & Refund Policy

At Attar Perfume, we are dedicated to ensuring that you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Return Policy

  • 14-Day Returns: You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition you received it, with all tags, seals, and original packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email) is required.

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions.

  • Do not send items back without receiving a return authorization—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at shwan22@gmail.com with photos and your order number.

  • We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.


Non-returnable & Custom Items

  • Due to the nature of our products, opened perfumes, oils, attars, and any personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • We also do not accept returns for:

    • Sale/clearance items

    • Gift cards

    • Custom or personalized orders (such as engraved bottles or made-to-order blends)

    • Items marked as non-returnable at purchase

  • If you have concerns about your specific order, contact us—we are here to help.


Exchanges

  • Need a different product? The quickest way is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order for your desired item.


EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason (unused, unopened, with original packaging and proof of purchase).


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about approval.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Banks and credit card companies may require extra time to post the refund.
