Return and Cancellation Policy

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within Seven (07) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Cancellations

In case customers want to cancel the order, they can place a cancellation request for their order before their order gets shipped. After successfully canceling the order, the payment (if paid) will be refunded to the customer’s account within 7 working days.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (07) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Refunds will be made electronically via the same payment gateway that was used to make the payment at the time of placing the order.

It might take 7 to 14 working days for the refund payment to be credited back into the customer’s account (bank or credit card or debit card account) from the day of cancellation.
